Choudhary Power Projects Private Limited is one of the leading company in J&K State across the hydel energy spectrum. The company was established in the year 2009, to set up power plants to generate electrical power by conventional and non-conventional methods.
CPPPL having the distinction of setting up its first unit of installed capacity 2x7.5 MW power project named ‘Ranja-Ala-Dunadi Hydel Power Project’ in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir in 2012, becoming one of the first Independent Power Producers in the J&K State. The Project has annual generation capacity of 76.17 MU.
Founder
CPPPL's founder, Choudhary Nagar Singh, laid the foundation for the business in 2004, but the company came into existence in the year 2009. He is a visionary who cared deeply about helping society, and uses his resources to make a difference in the lives of others. He is always amongst the first to extend a helping hand. Being the founder of an Educational Trust and various other businesses for decades, he is always known for his visionary approach & decisions. He knows very well that leadership, comes with responsibility. He always believes in going beyond the business and fulfilling his duties as a responsible corporate citizen. To that end, he has always worked towards improving the quality of life of the communities he serves.

CPPPL aims to emerge as a significant private player in the power industry and other challenging projects based on technical and managerial capabilities, and thereby contributing towards nation building. We plan to strengthen our market position by building relationships with existing customers. We also intend to extend the provision of our glove reconditioning services to a larger number of our customers.
